model making

Starting from a sketch, a photo, or a model, I create a first toile. Using draping on a mannequin or flat pattern cutting, this first toile allows us to begin discussing the design: is the creator's vision respected? Are we capturing the spirit of the piece? A second toile is created if necessary.

After validation, all the finishing touches are considered according to the style, material and level of sophistication desired.

I am a pattern maker specializing in "soft" fabrics (thin and airy materials, draping, volumes, bustiers) but I also have experience with "structured" designs (trousers, shirts, jackets and coats outside of strict tailoring).
